• Expresses the Senate's appreciation for joint endeavors by the Iowa National Guard, the Republic of Kosovo, and the United States in combating malign activities around the world.
• Congratulates the Government and people of Kosovo on their commitment to advancing peace, democracy, stability, and mutual understanding with the United States and other countries.
