What it does

• Authorizes Ian Madigan, a former employee of Senator Robert P. Casey Jr.'s office, and other former Senate employees to provide testimony and documents in United States v. Kaminski, case no. 3:25-cr-199, pending in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
• Directs the Senate Legal Counsel to represent Mr. Madigan and other former Senate employees in connection with testimony authorized under this resolution.
