Renewable Fuel for Ocean-Going Vessels Act

What it does

• Amends the Clean Air Act to include fuel for ocean-going vessels as renewable fuel eligible for credits under the renewable fuel program.
• Directs the EPA Administrator to promulgate implementing regulations within one year of enactment.
• Requires the EPA Administrator to submit a report to Congress on implementation and regulations within one year of final rule promulgation.
