Complete COVID Collections Act

What it does
- Extends the Special Inspector General for Pandemic Recovery's authority and term until September 30, 2030, to oversee COVID-19 relief programs administered by the Small Business Administration.
- Establishes a 10-year statute of limitations for criminal charges and civil enforcement actions alleging fraud in connection with Paycheck Protection Program loans, Economic Injury Disaster Loans, and restaurant or venue grants.
- Directs the Small Business Administrator to refer covered-loan collection claims under 100,000 dollars to the Department of Treasury and requires monthly briefings to Congress on collection efforts.
- Requires the Attorney General to submit monthly reports to Congress detailing Department of Justice prosecutions, recoveries, referrals, and declined cases related to COVID-19 relief programs.
