Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Act

What it does
- Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to provide grants not exceeding $50,000,000 to the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Foundation for the Library's establishment in Medora, North Dakota, subject to appropriation.
- Requires the Foundation to raise or obtain at least $100,000,000 from North Dakota or non-Federal sources before the Secretary may provide any grant.
- Prohibits grant funds from being used for the Library's maintenance or operation.
- Directs the Secretary to enter into agreements with the Foundation within 180 days to loan Federal artifacts and objects from Interior Department agencies without cost.
