Protecting Presidential Memorials Act

What it does

• Prohibits demolition of any presidential memorial designated by an Act of Congress unless authorized by a separate Act of Congress.
• Defines demolish to mean the intentional razing, destroying, or wrecking of an entire building or structure or a substantial portion of a building or structure.
