What it does

• Suspends permanent price support authority for agricultural commodities.
• Reauthorizes dairy programs through fiscal year 2031, including mandatory reporting of dairy product processing costs and dairy margin coverage.
• Establishes or continues conservation programs including the Conservation Reserve Program, Environmental Quality Incentives Program, and Conservation Stewardship Program through 2031.
• Reauthorizes international food aid and trade programs under the Food for Peace Act, Agricultural Trade Act of 1978, and related authorities through specified expiration dates.
