Alaska’s Right to Produce Act 2.0

What it does
- Ratifies and approves all authorizations, permits, biological opinions, incidental take statements, and other approvals issued by the Bureau of Land Management for the Coastal Plain oil and gas leasing program as described in the October 2025 Record of Decision.
- Directs the Secretary of the Interior, EPA Administrator, and other federal agencies to process, reinstate, or continue to maintain all authorizations, permits, and approvals for the Coastal Plain oil and gas leasing program.
- Declares that any order or action by the President or Secretary that places a moratorium on or suspends oil and gas leasing in the Coastal Plain shall have no force or effect.
- Prohibits the President and Secretary from canceling leases issued under the Coastal Plain oil and gas leasing program unless the lessee violates lease terms and fails to cure the violation after a reasonable period.
- Strips judicial review authority from all courts except the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, which receives original and exclusive jurisdiction over challenges to the bill's validity.
