• Extends authorization for aquatic ecosystem restoration projects funded by the Bureau of Reclamation from 2026 through 2031.
• Extends authorization for the Reclamation basin study program from 2023 through 2033.
• Authorizes $40,000,000 annually from fiscal years 2027 through 2031 for the cooperative watershed management program.
• Increases WaterSMART program authorization from $1,000,000,000 to $1,400,000,000.
• Establishes a waterbird and shorebird habitat creation program with up to $3,500,000 in annual financial assistance to agricultural producers in Reclamation States from fiscal years 2027 through 2031.
