What it does

• Directs the Secretary of the Interior to issue a recordable disclaimer of United States interest in approximately 15.12 acres of land in Bonners Ferry, Idaho within 90 days of enactment.
• Excludes from conveyance the portion of the covered land within the boundary of the Kootenai Indian Reservation.
