Muhammad Ali American Boxing Revival Act of 2026

What it does
- Amends the Professional Boxing Safety Act of 1996 to define 'unified boxing organizations' as private sector associations, leagues, or centralized organizations that operate professional boxing matches under unified rules and manage title belts.
- Requires unified boxing organizations to conduct supplemental physical examinations (including chest X-rays, metabolic panels, and urinalysis) annually for boxers aged 40 or older, with chest X-rays required once every 6 years.
- Requires unified boxing organizations to provide additional medical resources including at least one extra ambulance and one extra ringside physician (with certification from the Association of Boxing Commissions partnered with the Association of Ringside Physicians beginning 2 years after enactment) at covered.
- Requires unified boxing organizations to ensure boxers have access to training facilities at reasonable costs near their residence, injury insurance coverage during training periods, and an assigned medical coordinator to assist with medical and licensing requirements.
- Mandates that unified boxing organizations implement a comprehensive anti-doping program with testing of at least half the boxers per event during the weigh-in through match period, publish annual lists of tested substances and penalties, and conduct no-notice testing.
