No Bonuses for Bad Service Act

What it does
- Amends title 39, United States Code to prohibit bonuses, awards, or monetary compensation beyond basic pay for the Postmaster General when the Postal Service does not meet or exceed 95 percent on-time delivery performance for each market-dominant product category in a fiscal year.
- Prohibits bonuses, awards, or monetary compensation beyond basic pay for the Deputy Postmaster General when the Postal Service does not meet or exceed 95 percent on-time delivery performance for each market-dominant product category in a fiscal year.
- Requires the Postal Service to submit on-time delivery performance reports to the Postal Regulatory Commission.
