PEACE in Sudan Act

What it does
- Directs the Secretary of State and Director of National Intelligence to submit a report within 90 days and semiannually thereafter on foreign government involvement in Sudan's conflict, including arms transfers, personnel deployment, financial flows, and external support to armed actors.
- Requires the Secretary of State to submit a report on atrocities and gross violations of internationally recognized human rights in Sudan, with assessment of perpetrators' identity and international accountability mechanisms.
- Directs the President to develop a comprehensive strategy to promote stability and security in Sudan, counter malign foreign interference, support civilian political transition, and coordinate with international partners through the Quad and Quintet diplomatic groupings.
- Authorizes the President to impose sanctions on foreign persons and entities providing material support to parties to the Sudan conflict, including arms transfers, financing, and technical assistance.
