Eliminate PRC Organized Crime Act

What it does
- Authorizes the Secretary of State to establish a program providing assistance to law enforcement agencies in Latin America and the Caribbean to disrupt and prosecute transnational criminal organizations linked to the People's Republic of China engaged in narcotics trafficking, money laundering, illicit finance.
- Permits assistance including consultation with U.S. law enforcement agencies, training in financial investigations and asset forfeiture, technical assistance in digital forensics and telecommunications intercept coordination, and vetting programs.
- Allows the Secretary of State to provide assistance to countries that have failed to adhere to international counternarcotics agreements if the Secretary determines assistance is in the national interest, subject to 15-day advance notification to Congress.
- Requires the Director of National Intelligence, in coordination with the Secretary of State, to submit a report within one year identifying all U.S.
