Mullica River Watershed Wild and Scenic River Study Act of 2026

What it does

Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to add the Mullica River watershed in New Jersey as a study-eligible river system, including the Mullica, Wading, Batsto Rivers and specified tributary segments.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to complete a study of the Mullica River watershed and submit a report to the House Committee on Natural Resources and Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources within 3 years of funding availability.
