Geese House Site Conveyance Act

What it does
- Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey approximately 21,578 acres of Federal land in the Denali National Park and Preserve to Doyon, Limited within one year of enactment, subject to valid existing rights and public easements under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
- Prohibits Doyon, Limited from alienating, transferring, mining, or permitting development that would diminish the cultural significance of the Geese House on the conveyed land.
- Requires the Secretary of the Interior to adjust the boundary of Denali National Park and Preserve to exclude the conveyed Federal land and align with the proposed boundary depicted on the bill's map.
- Exempts the conveyance from federal real-property regulations under 43 CFR 2650 and from past or existing withdrawals that may apply to the conveyed land.
