Endless Mountains National Heritage Area Act

What it does
- Designates the Endless Mountains National Heritage Area in Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties, Pennsylvania, as a component of the National Heritage Area System.
- Designates the Endless Mountains Heritage Region, Inc., as the local coordinating entity for the newly established National Heritage Area.
- Requires the local coordinating entity to submit a proposed management plan to the Secretary of the Interior for approval within three years of enactment.
- Limits the Secretary of the Interior's authority to provide assistance for the Endless Mountains National Heritage Area to a period of 15 years after enactment.
