- Directs the FTC to submit an annual publicly available report to Congress summarizing platform disclosures within 180 days of receiving them.
- Defines a covered digital advertising platform as a social media, web, or mobile service with over 100 million unique monthly users that derives revenue from advertising and hosts user-generated content.
