Falun Gong and Victims of Forced Organ Harvesting Protection Act

What it does
- Requires the President to submit to Congress within 180 days a list of foreign persons determined to have knowingly engaged in or facilitated forced organ harvesting within the People's Republic of China.
- Directs the President to block all property and interests in property within U.S. jurisdiction belonging to listed foreign persons using powers under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
- Makes listed aliens inadmissible to the United States, revokes their visas or entry documentation immediately, and cancels other valid entry documents in their possession.
- Permits the President to waive sanctions on a case-by-case basis if determined to be in the national security interests of the United States and requires reporting to Congress every 120 days on waiver use.
