Lewis and Clark Regional Water System Expansion Feasibility Study Act

What it does
- Requires the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a feasibility study, in coordination with Lewis & Clark Rural Water System, Inc., to determine whether to expand the regional water system in Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota.
- Directs the Secretary to develop a feasibility report with a recommendation on project authorization and non-federal cost share of at least 25 percent, submitted to the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and the House Committee on Natural Resources.
- Limits the federal share of feasibility study costs to 50 percent and authorizes appropriations of $10,000,000 for the feasibility study.
- Terminates the Secretary's authority to carry out the study 10 years after enactment.
