What it does

• Amends Section 12091 of the Small Business Disaster Response and Loan Improvements Act of 2008 to require the SBA to publish disaster assistance reports on its website in addition to submitting them to Congress.
• Requires the SBA to publish reports on disaster assistance program details, loan amounts, borrower demographics, and default rates on its public website.
