No Fentanyl on Social Media Act of 2026

What it does
- Requires the Federal Trade Commission, in coordination with the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Drug Enforcement Administration, to submit a report to Congress within one year on minors' ability to access fentanyl through social media platforms.
- Directs the report to cover the prevalence of fentanyl access for minors, health and safety impacts, marketing and distribution tactics used by drug sellers, and design features of platforms that enable access.
- Requires the report to assess practices and policies adopted by social media platforms to address drug sales, measures taken by law enforcement and medical professionals, and recommendations for Congress.
- Authorizes the Federal Trade Commission to redact information in the published report relating to law enforcement tactics, strategies, or techniques in consultation with the Attorney General.
