Thomas M. Conway Veterans Access to Resources in the Workplace Act

What it does
- Require the Secretary of Labor, in coordination with the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, to develop and publish a state-specific notice detailing veterans benefits within 270 days of enactment.
- Require employers with 50 or more employees to post the notice in conspicuous places where employee notices are customarily posted, effective one year after enactment.
- Direct the Secretary of Labor to review and update each notice at least twice per year and allow states 45 days to provide information on state-law veterans benefits for inclusion.
- Direct the Department of Labor and Department of Veterans Affairs to conduct a 180-day information campaign to inform employers of the notices and posting requirement.
