Carson City Public Land Correction Act

What it does
- Conveys approximately 1,288 acres of federal land in Carson City, Nevada to the City at no cost for public purposes including recreation and flood mitigation, subject to reversion if use ceases.
- Conveys approximately 0.45 acres of federal land to the City for roadway expansion, with the City required to construct a crosswalk within 90 days to maintain access to the Carson Ranger District Office.
- Directs the Secretary to conduct sales of approximately 360 acres of federal Bureau of Land Management land in Carson City to qualified bidders, with the City retaining existing utility and drainage easements.
- Allows the City to convey approximately 20 acres of city-owned land to the Secretary of the Interior, who must accept the offer within one year and conduct sales of the conveyed land to qualified bidders.
