National Historical Park and National Historic Landmark Establishment and Boundary Adjustments Act of 2025

What it does
- Establishes the Fort Ontario Holocaust Refugee Shelter National Historical Park in New York as a unit of the National Park System upon the Secretary of the Interior acquiring sufficient land from the proposed boundary identified in a map dated September 2024.
- Requires the Secretary of the Interior to complete a general management plan for Fort Ontario Holocaust Refugee Shelter National Historical Park within three fiscal years after funds are made available.
- Designates America's National Churchill Museum, located at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, including the Winston Churchill Memorial, as a National Historic Landmark.
- Directs the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study of America's National Churchill Museum to evaluate its national significance, determine suitability for National Park System designation, and identify cost estimates for preservation alternatives within three years after funds become available.
