Presumptive CLARITY Act of 2025

What it does

Requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to establish and maintain a publicly accessible website listing conditions and cohorts the Department is considering for establishing or removing presumptions of service connection based on toxic exposure.
Directs the website publication to include an overview of the Department's process for establishing or removing presumptions, including steps and time-completion goals.
Requires the website to show the status of each condition and cohort under review, and describe actions taken regarding public notice and comment opportunities with instructions for public submission.
Directs the Secretary to ensure publication of the required website information on or before 180 days after enactment.
