Upper Price River Watershed Project Act of 2026

What it does

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey approximately 124.23 acres of Bureau of Land Management land near Price, Utah to the city of Price for public purposes, including reservoir construction and infrastructure development.
Authorizes the conveyed land to be used for construction of a reservoir and related infrastructure, and for development and expansion of infrastructure for public safety, transportation, or access to the reservoir.
Allows the Secretary of the Interior to revert title of the conveyed land back to the United States if the city uses the land for purposes not authorized under the bill, subject to notice, a hearing opportunity, public comment, and a reasonable opportunity to correct the use.
