Grasslands Grazing Act of 2025

What it does

• Amends the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 to extend grazing permit eligibility to national grasslands managed by the U.S. Forest Service.
• Clarifies that the amendment does not modify any other provision of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act, the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, or the Public Rangelands Improvement Act.
