Gateway Partnership Act

What it does
- Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into an agreement with the Gateway Arch Park Foundation to host private events in specified Park buildings including the Arch Visitor Center and Old Courthouse.
- Requires the agreement to include terms limiting exclusive event dates and times, capping weekly event frequency, ensuring adequate National Park Service staffing, and mandating liability insurance listing the United States as additionally insured.
- Restricts private events to activities consistent with Park purposes and compatible with National Park Service programs, and prohibits events that degrade Park integrity or disrupt public access.
- Directs the Secretary to charge fees to recover all costs including wear and tear, maintenance, administrative, and personnel expenses resulting from private events.
