United States - Taiwan Partnership in the Americas Act

What it does
- Directs the Secretary of State to establish a mechanism to track and respond to infrastructure and development projects by the People's Republic of China in countries maintaining diplomatic relations with Taiwan.
- Requires the Secretary of State to submit semiannual status reports to the Committee on Foreign Relations and Committee on Foreign Affairs regarding Latin American governments taking steps to discontinue diplomatic relations with Taiwan.
- Requires the Secretary of State to submit a detailed diplomatic engagement plan within 30 days of determining a government is terminating diplomatic relations with Taiwan.
- Directs the Secretary of State to submit an annual report for five years assessing China's goals and investments in Taiwan's Latin American and Caribbean allies and U.S. efforts to counter China's isolation tactics.
