PATRIOT Parks Act

What it does
- Amends the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to collect a surcharge on entrance fees for international visitors (nonimmigrants admitted under visa waiver or B-category visas) at units of the National Park System.
- Allows the superintendent of each national park unit to establish the surcharge amount by regulation, with the goal of maximizing revenue while maintaining international visitation levels.
- Directs that all proceeds from entrance-fee surcharges be retained by the applicable park unit for maintenance, visitor services, staffing, and related needs.
- Requires the Secretary to establish a surcharge on National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass sales to international visitors, with proceeds deposited in the National Parks and Public Land Legacy Restoration Fund.
