Ralph David Abernathy, Sr., National Historic Site Act

What it does
- Establishes the Ralph David Abernathy, Sr., National Historic Site in Georgia as a unit of the National Park System to preserve the West Hunter Street Baptist Church and interpret Dr. Abernathy's role as a civil rights leader.
- Requires the Secretary of the Interior to determine when sufficient land has been acquired to constitute a manageable unit before formally establishing the Historic Site.
- Authorizes the Secretary to acquire land within the Historic Site boundary by donation, purchase from willing sellers with appropriated or donated funds, or exchange.
- Requires the Secretary to complete a management plan for the Historic Site within 3 years after funds are first made available.
- Permits the Secretary to enter into cooperative agreements and other arrangements with Georgia and other entities to provide interpretive services, administrative support, and technical assistance related to the Historic Site.
