Rural Small Business Resilience Act

What it does

• Requires the SBA Administrator to ensure rural individuals with disaster declarations have full access to disaster assistance under Small Business Act section 7(b) within one year of enactment.
• Directs the SBA's Associate Administrator of the Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience to provide targeted outreach and marketing materials to rural disaster victims.
• Redesignates paragraph (16) of section 7(b) of the Small Business Act relating to statute of limitations as paragraph (17).
