Cerro de la Olla Wilderness Establishment Act

What it does
- Designates approximately 12,295 acres of federal land administered by the Bureau of Land Management in Taos County, New Mexico as the Cerro de la Olla Wilderness.
- Modifies the boundary of the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument in New Mexico as depicted on the map dated April 1, 2025.
- Authorizes the Secretary to maintain wildlife water development structures or facilities existing on the date of enactment in Cerro de la Olla Wilderness if they enhance wildlife values and minimize visual impacts.
- Requires the Secretary to enter into a cooperative agreement with the State of New Mexico within one year of enactment specifying terms for wildlife management activities in the Cerro de la Olla Wilderness.
