M.H. Dutch Salmon Greater Gila Wild and Scenic River Act

What it does
- Designates approximately 230 miles of segments within the Gila River system in New Mexico, including Apache Creek, Black Canyon Creek, Diamond Creek, Gila River main stem and forks, and other tributaries, as components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System with classifications as wild or recreational rivers.
- Transfers administrative jurisdiction over certain Federal land in New Mexico related to the designated river segments to the Secretary of the Interior and Secretary of Agriculture as appropriate.
