What it does

• Amends the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to make additional Carey Act dams eligible for federal infrastructure funds for rehabilitation, reconstruction, or replacement.
• Authorizes the Secretary to allocate funds from section 40901(2)(B) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to Carey Act dams after determining that dams meeting existing criteria have received necessary funding and amounts remain available.
