Watershed Results Act

What it does
- Directs the Secretary of the Interior to solicit and select proposals from eligible entities to develop and implement watershed outcomes projects in Reclamation States using advanced watershed analytics within one year of enactment.
- Authorizes the Secretary to enter into partnership agreements with selected watershed partners for initial terms of up to five years, renewable for additional five-year terms and extendable once for up to two years.
- Requires the Secretary to provide technical and financial assistance, including grants and cooperative agreements, to support watershed outcomes projects and performance payments to qualifying conservation activities.
- Establishes that the Secretary may award watershed partners up to 50 percent of estimated project costs annually to carry out partnership duties including analytics, performance standards, and outcome accounting.
