SBA Fraud Enforcement Extension Act

What it does
- Extends the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution or civil enforcement actions related to Shuttered Venue Operators grants from the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 to 10 years after the date of violation.
- Extends the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution or civil enforcement actions related to Restaurant Revitalization grants from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to 10 years after the date of violation.
- Requires the Attorney General to submit a report to Congress every 90 days for 5 years detailing investigations, prosecutions, recoveries, and referrals related to Shuttered Venue Operators and Restaurant Revitalization programs.
