Big Bend National Park Boundary Adjustment Act

What it does

• Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire approximately 6,100 acres of land or interests in land for Big Bend National Park through donation or exchange.
• Directs the Secretary to revise the park boundary to include acquired land and administer it as part of the park in accordance with applicable laws.
• Prohibits the Secretary from using eminent domain or condemnation to acquire land for the boundary adjustment.
