Coordinated Support for Rural Small Businesses Act

What it does
- Upgrades the Office of Rural Affairs director to a Senior Executive Service Assistant Administrator appointed by the SBA Administrator.
- Requires the Assistant Administrator to host outreach events in various U.S. regions for rural small business concerns and invite SBA district offices, resource partners, and Federal and State agencies.
- Directs the Assistant Administrator to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture on capital access, lending programs, disaster assistance, and cooperative financing opportunities in rural areas.
- Requires the SBA Administrator to submit annually to Congress a report on the Office's operations, activities, budget, staffing, lending analysis, and interagency coordination efforts, within 180 days of enactment and thereafter.
