Historic Greenwood District—Black Wall Street National Monument Establishment Act

What it does
- Establishes the Historic Greenwood District–Black Wall Street National Monument in Oklahoma as a unit of the National Park System to preserve and interpret resources associated with the Historic Greenwood District, Black Wall Street, and the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre.
- Directs the Secretary of the Interior to acquire land or interests in land within the monument boundary through donation, purchase from willing sellers, or exchange.
- Requires the Secretary to prepare a management plan for the National Monument within three years after funds are first made available, in consultation with an advisory commission.
- Establishes an 11-member Historic Greenwood District–Black Wall Street National Monument Advisory Commission, including seven descendants of 1921 Greenwood District residents, three historic preservation experts, and one member recommended by the Mayor of Tulsa, with a ten-year termination date.
