What it does

Waives all points of order and establishes one hour of debate for consideration of H.J. Res. 60 (disapproval of National Park Service rule on Glen Canyon National Recreation Area motor vehicles) and H.J. Res. 78 (disapproval of Fish and Wildlife Service rule on longfin smelt endangered species status).
Waives all points of order and establishes one hour of debate for consideration of H.J. Res. 87, 88, and 89 (disapprovals of Environmental Protection Agency rules on California vehicle emission standards and preemption waivers).
Suspends clause 7 of rule XIII so that each day from April 29, 2025, through September 30, 2025, does not constitute a legislative day for purposes of the congressional calendar.
