What it does
- Directs the Committee on Ethics and Office of Congressional Workplace Rights to publicly release, within 60 days, a consolidated list naming each Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner investigated for sexual harassment violations under House Rules clause 9 or 18, with total settlement amounts paid in each case.
- Requires public disclosure of the aggregate amount of taxpayer funds paid in all non-sexual-harassment settlements involving Members, Delegates, or Resident Commissioners.
- Requires public disclosure of the aggregate amount of taxpayer funds paid in sexual harassment, sexual abuse, or sexual misconduct settlements involving House employees.
- Requires public disclosure of the aggregate amount of taxpayer funds paid in all non-sexual-harassment settlements involving House employees.
