No Racketeers on our Shores Act

What it does

• Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to make aliens inadmissible if they served as foreign government officials and initiated or directed investigations, enforcement actions, licensing determinations, fines, or other administrative burdens against U.S.
• Makes aliens deportable under the same standard if they engaged in economic discrimination against U.S. persons while serving as foreign government officials.
