Housing Unhoused Disabled Veterans Act

What it does

Excludes disability benefits from chapters 11 and 15 of title 38 (veteran disability compensation) from income calculation for section 8(o)(19) supported housing program eligibility.
Excludes the same disability benefits from income when determining eligibility for other housing assistance types for veterans already receiving section 8(o)(19) supported housing.
Directs the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to exclude disability benefits from chapters 11 and 15 from income when determining eligibility for new housing assistance programs on Department of Veterans Affairs property.
