What it does
- Renames the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division to the United States Secret Service Police throughout title 2 of the District of Columbia Police and Firemen's Salary Act Amendments of 1970.
- Amends title 5, United States Code to replace all references to 'Uniformed Division' with 'Police' in chapter 102 and sections 4521, 5102, 6324, and 7103.
- Amends title 10, United States Code section 2674 to replace all references to 'Uniformed Division' with 'Police'.
- Amends title 18, United States Code sections 3056A and 709 to replace all references to 'Uniformed Division' with 'Police'.
- Amends title 28 and title 31 to replace all references to 'Uniformed Division' with 'Police' in sections 540C and 1537, respectively.
