Premium Transparency Act

- Amends exchange requirements to include comparative overhead and claims payment information for qualified health plans beginning plan year 2029.
- Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to issue guidance by January 1, 2028 on standardized, plain English formats for plan information including premiums, deductibles, cost-sharing, provider networks, and coverage details.
