What it does

• Amends the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to set a sunset date of January 1, 2027 for the Filipino Veterans Equity Compensation Fund.
• Directs any remaining amounts in the Filipino Veterans Equity Compensation Fund to be deposited into the general fund of the Treasury upon the fund's termination.
