Brownfields Revitalization for a Better Tomorrow Act

- Permits recipients of grants or loans to use up to 10 percent of grant amounts for demolition activities with EPA approval.
- Authorizes $123,500,000 annually for fiscal years 2027 through 2031 to carry out the brownfield revitalization program.
