American Assistance Visibility Act

What it does
- Requires the United States flag to be distinctively displayed on all foreign assistance provided after enactment.
- Permits the Secretary of State to authorize co-branding on a case-by-case basis when required by international agreements, necessary for identifying implementing partners, or determined necessary by the Secretary.
- Authorizes the Secretary of State to waive flag-display requirements when necessary to ensure the safety or security of personnel or beneficiaries in high-risk locations.
- Directs the Secretary of State to issue regulations specifying minimum size requirements, color accuracy, placement location, and other requirements for flag display on foreign assistance.
